Turn Around Time?
All Ready to Ship items will ship in 7-10 days after purchase. Although all tumblers, glassware and clothing are RTS, some items need a final coat or drying time.

We Restock Items and Add New Products frequently. For Certain Products Such as seasonal Items will only be available for the Holiday
Lost/Damaged Packages & Shipping Insurance
Please note that The Tipsea Meramde is not responsible for lost or damage packages once delivered to USPS. Be aware that you may open a case with USPS for any delivery issues, however make note that First Class shipping does not come with any type of shipping insurance coverage. You may select First Class or Priority for smaller packages under 1 lb, but we highly recommend selecting Priority shipping to have the shipping insurance in case of loss or damage.

What is your return policy?
We offer a no return policy due to each item being individually custom made.
Can I exchange?
We do offer exchanges! The Postage must be paid for by the recipient. Please contact us within 24 hours upon receiving to exchange the product for same style/design. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items.
How much is the return shipping fee?
We offer no returns at this time but we do offer exchanges as long as the postage is paid for by the recipient.
We do not allow any refunds or cancellations but please contact us if something is wrong with your order.

Don’t leave in hot cars and/or in high temps
Although they are durable they have the potential to break or ruin when care instruction aren’t followed. Once the item is in the buyers possession I cannot be held accountable

For the longest life of your shirt, please no dry cleaning and no bleach. Wash Normally
My item arrived damaged. Now What?
Please contact me within 24 hours of the item being marked "delivered" with a photo of the broken product. We can discuss our options from there.
I'm unhappy with my order. now what?
Please contact me immediately with the details. We will work together to come up with a solution. Please make sure you read the entire listing description. This will assure expectations of size, color, etc. Due to all orders being personalized, we do not give refunds.
